A: Each effect has its own properties. The LightShift color change depends on exposure to the sun, or artificial uv light. As long as your Chroma_Shift charm remains exposed, the color change remains. HeatShift works the same way. As long as the temperature remains constant, the color change remains. Photo-luminescence (NightShift) works differently. After each exposure to the sun or uv light, your Chroma-Shift charm will glow in low light/darkness for finite period of time.. Some colors glow for hours, some for only minutes.
